Cancellation Policy

If anything unexpected comes up during your stay, we recommend messaging our team to discuss a solution first.

If you’d still like to request to cancel your reservation, please read the conditions below for your consideration.

Once a booking is confirmed, the price of the reservation is fully guaranteed, even if The Tropical Door changes the price on its website thereafter.

In return for this commitment, no refunds will be made for any exchange rate fluctuation that may otherwise reduce the rental cost.

If you cancel a reservation, the following policy will apply;

• 50% from the total price will be charged for cancellation conveyed in more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Any vehicle or the contents of any vehicle used, hired or engaged by the Guest or their party during the Rental Period;
• 100% from the total price will be charged for cancellation conveyed in 30 days or less prior to arrival date.
